In pursuit of audio excellence, Outlier Air carries the true spirit of endurance and true performance.
Everyone that knows me is fully aware that I am a huge music lover, always humming or badly singing away. However finding a good set of in-ear headphones has always been a tough one to do. They are either comfortable but don't sound great, or sound good but hurt your ears after a little while.
This is where I think Creative has a winner on there hands.
Creative Outlier Air are sweatproof truly wireless headphones that sport a IPX5 water-resistant comfortable fit for all-day wear with a graphene driver diaphragm and Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX and AAC audio.
You also have access to Siri and Google Assistant, depending on your preference and essentials.
The headphones boast a 10hr playtime when fully charged, as well as coming with a carry case that automatically charges them up to 2 extra times, for a total of 30hrs!
That's super impressive and is actually very close to the real world number, I averaged around 25hrs but never let them run down completely.
build is solid, you get different sized tips for that personalised feel, the one touch button is smooth and easy to use, they fit in the ear with a little twist to secure them.
A simple design that really works.
I tried them out while doing a few different activities and they stayed in rock solid. Not to mention the sound quality is IMPRESSIVE, I'm someone that prefers overear headphones usually but these really do give you brilliant sound.
If there is one critique, it's that they can get a LITTLE uncomfortable if you have to press the button a lot as it pushes it lightly into your ear, but that's nothing to write home about really.
Plus it's really nice to be able to just put them in the fully charged case when not in use and have them fully charged the next time you use them. Super handy!
Using the included USB-C to A cord is suitable for everyone and it charges fast too.
Compared to the closest competition of Galaxy and Airpods, they are far cheaper and in my opinion rival their performance.
They currently retail for around £75 and in my humble opinion are well worth it!
