Year-Long Campaign highlights what a positive impact music, visual arts and sports have on mental health.
Skullcandy are not only a well known, industry leading audio electronics company but they now have one of my new favourite mental health awareness campaigns.
Throughout 2020 (where let's be honest, we NEED it more than ever), Skullcandy are running MOOD BOOST, which focuses on a new feel good emotion or feeling each month.
To coincide with these, they are releasing limited edition colours and styles of their product range.
This is run in conjunction with 'To Write Love on Her Arms'.
To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to present-
ing hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA
Additionally every month they will be talking to the different music artists, visual artists and Skullcandy sponsored athletes about what boosts their mood!
Every month's Mood Boost bundle will donate parts of the proceeds to To Write Love On Her Arms.
The May month bundle is 'Confident' which is faced by Rico Nasty, The Queen of Sugar Trap, renowned for her always self-assured attitude.
As well as the gorgeous vibrant yellow Sesh headphones and case, you get the confidence-inspiring artwork of London design team, Rude Ltd. Which is the “Rise and Frickin’ Shine” print that is a lovely sunshine and rainbows styled image, that has an African inspired look.
The actual tech side is standard for the Sesh lineup that we have previous reviewed.
However it is styled with a yellow heavy exterior, sporting blue and red accents.
They certainly do catch your eye and are really nice to see compared to the typically understated looks being pumped out by most brands on the market at this time.

As headphones, they sound good, they fit comfortably, the battery life is decent (which is even better by the auto charging case for extended times between plug in) and they now have a really good mental health message attached with benefits to charity.
Honestly if you like Skullcandy products, need some true wireless headphones, you can do far worse than to support the cause by buying some of these or any of the MOOD BOOST range.
They are available for around £49.99 at the official site - https://www.skullcandy.co.uk/shop/earbuds/bluetooth-earbuds/confident-bundle
